Emma has been a passionate and impactful advocate for the protection industry for over 20 years. She has worked for Unum, LifeSearch, British Friendly and Sesame Bankhall Group in a variety of roles with a clear focus on improving outcomes for customers and supporting advisers.
Her work with insurers, advisers, reinsurers and journalists has been a notable driver of positive change in the industry. Currently working as a consultant for firms in the protection market, Emma is also Chair and founder of the Women in Protection Network and Vice Chair of the Protection Distributors Group. Renowned as a thought leader who pushes the market forward for the right reasons, Emma has been recognised with several industry awards.
