There are 58 stands across the exhibition floor, with fun activities to engage with, as well as drinks and snacks. 

A cloakroom is available in the registration area from 08:00-17:30 on 13 November.

Please help us by wearing your badge and by not leaving packages or luggage unattended. Event organisers cannot accept any responsibility for lost items.

The dress code is smart casual

We will be taking photos and video during the conference for general use on future PFS materials and media and for promotional purposes for future PFS events. Some partners may also use photos and footage for promotional purposes. By attending this event, you are consenting for us to take and share these photos/footage. Complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the conference venue.

Food and beverage will be provided to all attendees, including welcome coffee, lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.

The ICC Maritime Suite at Excel London is right in the heart of London’s historic Royal Docks, just ten minutes from Canary Wharf and 12 minutes from the City. The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to Excel. Alight at Prince Regent for the ICC Maritime Suite (east entrance).

London is connected by rail to all the major cities in the UK. It’s a short hop from any of the London rail stations to Excel.

If you are driving, onsite parking is available but must be pre-booked in advance.
