Today, we live in an increasingly hybrid world: greater blending between physical and digital is a virtual reality. 

Financial planning is no different and the profession is under pressure to innovate. In parallel we are on the cusp of the great wealth transfer from the affluent baby-boomers of today to the millennials and Gen Xers of tomorrow.

Monzo established a new way of interacting with clients and getting younger people more interested in their finances. Today, Jason guides financial services on driving digital transformation and how to process and implement change successfully.
