Philippa Hann is the CEO of Paradigm Norton, a leading financial planning firm specialising in sustainable investing and values-led advice. Before joining the profession, she spent over 20 years as a lawyer, where she led complex, multi-million-pound litigation against financial advice firms and major financial institutions for regulatory failures and professional negligence.
She is currently co-authoring The Fault Lines of Finance with psychologist Dr Moira Somers, a book due for release in June 2026. The book explores why well-intentioned professionals sometimes make poor decisions and how individuals and firms can create cultures of integrity that endure under pressure.
Drawing on her unique experience at the intersection of law, psychology, and financial planning, she brings a fresh perspective on ethical leadership and decision-making in financial services.
