Ilana has worked in financial services for over 25 years, in the Isle of Man and the UK, as well as some time internationally, in management, business and specialist roles working with financial professionals.
As an investment and retirement specialist at Royal London, Ilana works with financial professionals nationally on a broad range of topics, sharing insights, strategies and ideas to enhance client value services and support a thriving financial planning profession.
With a focus on the human side of money, Ilana promotes the importance of good financial coaching, recognising our biases and how our own thoughts and actions are crucial factors in achieving the good investment outcomes we need to support our long-term goals, help build financial resilience and, importantly, enjoy living.
