Jane Gow is the founder of Clear Cut Financial Planning, an award winning firm known for delivering bespoke, values-led financial planning. With over 30 years in the profession, an early adopter of cashflow planning, Jane is both a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner and has built a reputation for combining technical excellence with a deeply human approach to financial planning.

In 2013, Jane established Clear Cut with a clear mission: to offer independent, jargon-free financial planning advice that genuinely puts clients first. Today, the firm is a close-knit team of 17, proudly looking after around 300 families and approximately £230 million of assets under management.

A passionate advocate for developing new talent, Jane launched a graduate / career change programme that has welcomed a new recruit every year for the last 12 years, many of whom have since gone on to become Chartered and Certified Financial Planners themselves. The programme offers mentoring, hands-on experience, deep technical training, and strong ethical foundations, ensuring trainees enter the profession equipped to make a real impact.
